1. Results are estimates, not advice

Our calculators give estimates to help you understand your pay. They are not financial, tax, legal or employment advice. A general calculator cannot know everything about your situation, such as your tax code, pension, student loan or employer's payroll rules. Before you make an important decision, check your figures with your employer, HMRC or a qualified adviser.

2. We work hard to be accurate, but cannot promise it

We take rates from official sources and test every calculator before it goes live. You can read how on How we check rates. Even so, mistakes can happen and rules can change. We do not promise that every result is correct, complete or up to date.

3. Our responsibility to you

The site is free and provided "as is". As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for any loss that comes from relying on a result from this site. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have that cannot legally be taken away, such as liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

4. Using the site fairly

You may use the calculators for your own personal or work purposes. Please do not:

• copy large parts of the site or present our content as your own
• try to break, overload or hack the site
• use automated tools to scrape the site in bulk

You are welcome to link to any page on the site.

5. Our content

The text, design and code of this site belong to App Edge Technologies (Private) Limited. Tax rates and other official figures belong to the government bodies that publish them.

6. Links and adverts

We link to official websites and other useful pages, and we may show adverts from third parties. We do not control those websites or adverts and are not responsible for their content. An advert on our site is not a recommendation.

7. Privacy

Our Privacy policy explains what data is collected when you use the site and how cookies are used.

8. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they last changed. If you keep using the site after a change, the new terms apply.

9. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, where the site is run. If you live in the UK or another country, you keep any rights your local consumer law gives you.
